ARTS
Camp Reece extensive art programs gives campers a chance to discover new talents and let their creativity soar. Whether singing during karaoke evening, putting on a skit at a camp fire or building/drawing an artistic masterpiece, Reece lets all campers create. Instructors teach skills and bring out the imagination in each camper.
Program Includes…
Farm & Gardening
‘Seed to Table,’ our garden-based program at Camp Reece, empowers campers through hands-on experience. From planting seeds and harvesting their crop to collecting eggs from our chickens, campers will see their project through from start to finish at our end of summer ‘Fresh Feast’.
Wood Shop
In Wyatt’s Wood Shop, campers will learn to assemble durable projects from start to finish. This includes camp classics like birdhouses and picture frames mixed with new surprises that are sure to excite!
Arts & Crafts
At Aiden’s Arts & Crafts Pavilion, we structure our program for creativity, technical skills, self-expression, and self-esteem to all develop through various mixed mediums. Campers will develop skills in drawing, painting, sculpture, and much more!
Outdoor Cooking
From cooking and baking, to safety skills, campers will fully immerse themselves in culinary arts. Our specialized instructors will bring campers through fundamentals to intermediate and advanced skills, equipping them to prepare many meals and snacks for everyone to enjoy!
Ceramics
In our ceramics station, campers will create lasting projects, and are able to be creative and express themselves while developing a feeling of accomplishment.
